Any cancellation made within 7 days up to the hour of your appointment time will incur a $100 fee on top of the non-refundable retainer you already provided.

Rescheduling Policy

Any rescheduling made within 72 hours of your appointment time will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. This fee will go towards your final balance.

I will reach out to you within the next 24 hours of receiving this notice with a link to my session calendar for you to confirm your new session. You will need to sign a new contract (much smaller I promise) for this new date.
